Redberry Lake and Parkland AEGP Workshop at Spiritwood
On Tuesday August 14, approximately 25 people gathered for a workshop held at Spiritwood by the Redberry Lake Watershed AEGP and the Parkland AEGP. The day started out at the Spiritwood Stockyards where Jeremy Brown, Agrologist with Saskatchewan Watershed Authority presented a number of different remote and portable winter and summer water systems. First Community Farmers’ Market was a success!
We had an amazing first Community Farmer’s Market in Hafford on Saturday! Thanks to all the vendors, to the people who came and a special thanks to the volunteers, to Hafford Summer Sizzle for sponsoring the tent and to K-Bottling for sponsoring the water! Visitor Guide
We developed a visitor guide for the Redberry Lake Biosphere Reserve that is now online and can be found at the five Tourism Reception Centres at Saskatchewan’s borders. Visitor Guide
